Valve allows trades to be reversed for up to 7 days after acceptance to prevent scams. While a trade is reversible, Rapidskins holds the items in a reversal hold. Once the hold ends, your trade completes automatically and payment is sent within 5 hours.
What happens if I reverse a trade?
Reversing a trade has serious consequences, especially with instant cash: • You'll owe back the instant cash amount already paid to you • Your instant cash limit will be permanently reset to zero • All rewards and bonuses will be forfeited • Your account will be flagged and may face restrictions • You must repay any debt within 10 days
